Isolated is box RPG, in which players work together in an attempt to defeat the game itself. Players have three different difficulty levels, each with their own Antagonist, from a virus which kills the players over time, to a single, unkillable Monster. Gameplay takes place on the abandoned Spaceship, the Isolat (ee-Soh-laht), where Players attempt to figure out what happened and attempt to survive.
As Players move throughout the Isolat, they place tiles to expand the ship, and discover Special Rooms, which will allow them to complete the scenario, and win the game.
Isolated is a game that is marketed towards the more creative people. Although anybody can enjoy the gameplay, the true pleasure of Isolated comes from custom campaigns; and developing the game to meet your individual specifications, thus granting a high replay value to individuals who are willing to put a little effort into expanding upon their experience.
