Gruff is a Fantasy-themed, resource management game. Set after the events of The Three Billy Goats Gruff, the Goats have shared tales of the bountiful lands they discovered over the Troll's Bridge. Players act as interested parties, trying to settle and build communities in the new lands.

To do so, players must use their minions to gather resources, trade for items and more resources, and build in their communities. Players may trade with each other, or with the merchants on the Bridge. However, at the end of each Player turn, the Troll moves to a new location on the bridge, and exacts a heavy toll from whichever player is unlucky enough to run into Him. In addition, to move across the Bridge, Players must pay taxes and tributes to the Goats Gruff, though bribes may work in some cases!

Gruff is meant to be an introductory game, perfect for newcomers to the Tabletop genre, whether these new-comers are children, or just people who never sat down at a table before, Gruff is light-hearted and simple enough to pick up quickly, while still being immersive enough to keep people wanting more.
